Reflective Practice is the habit of deliberatively and actively analysing our experiences in order to improve and develop.
A habit common to most of the world’s trailblazing leaders, reflective practice is a skill anyone can learn and is of particular benefit to leaders, educators and health practitioners.
Whether it be a professional triumph or unexpected disaster, many of us simply move on from our life experiences. However, it is the act of proactive critical reflection that allows us to reap the potential benefits and utilise the opportunities for improvement.
This course explores the nature and benefits of reflective practice and teaches participants a suite of skills and approaches that can be applied in the workplace across a range of industry settings.
