Refund Terms + Conditions
Public Training

You are unable to attend
Note: Public training courses are paid for at the time of booking.
If you fail to attend, Evolve has still prepared for your attendance, provided materials and catering, and possibly turned away other paying clients.
The specific refund terms depend on the time of notice of non-attendance, as follows:
NOTICE PERIOD
REFUND TERMS
No notice: You fail to arrive on the day.
OR
Less than one business day’s notice
(ie: you give notice after 9.30am on the preceding business day).
No refund or credit given.
Notice given more than one business day in advance (ie: you give notice before 9.30am on the preceding business day).
A credit is offered to attend a course of the same value any time in the 12-month period following the date of the original course booked.
No refunds are paid.
Evolve cancels a course
Evolve will advise you of the cancellation and offer you the option of:
- booking a future course of the same price within the 12-month period following the date of the original course booked; or
- paying you a refund on request.

You cancel or reschedule a booked service
Note: For the purposes of these refund terms and conditions a service is considered “booked” once Evolve has received the 25% deposit.

REFUND TERMS
Cancellation or rescheduling a booked service with at least 7 days’ notice
No refund of 25% deposit.
Deposit is transferable.
The deposit (and balance of payment if already made) can be credited towards any service booking for a date in the 12-month period following the date of the original service booked.
If you have paid in full and do not make a future booking for a date within the 12-month period, the 25% deposit will be forfeited to Evolve and the balance of payment will be refunded.
Cancellation of a booked service with less than 7 days’ notice
No refund of 25% deposit.
Deposit is forfeited.
If you cancel a booked service with less than 7 days’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited to Evolve and any balance of payment already made will be refunded.
Rescheduling a booked service with
less than 7 days’ notice
No refund of 25% deposit.
Deposit is forfeited.
This will be treated as a cancellation with less than 7 days’ notice and the above refund terms will apply.
Travel costs
Non-refundable/non-transferable travel costs relating to your booking (eg hotels, airfares, car hire) incurred by Evolve prior to receiving notice of the cancellation/rescheduling are payable by you and will be invoiced or retained from your deposit/full payment.
