Training Course Refund Terms + Conditions

Public Training

Note: Public training courses are paid for at the time of booking.

If you fail to attend, Evolve has still prepared for your attendance, provided materials and catering, and possibly turned away other paying clients.

The specific refund terms depend on the time of notice of non-attendance, as follows:

Evolve will advise you of the cancellation and offer you the option of booking a future course of the same price or pay you a refund on request.

Note: A custom course is considered booked once the 25% deposit has been received by Evolve.
