A passionate and engaging communicator, Dr Andrew Lewis shares how the tools and insights from stage and screen can transform your organisation and inspire your people.

Andrew is a former university professor, a successful TV/theatre director and performer, as well as a veteran educator of tomorrow’s stars. He holds two Masters degrees and a PhD in Theatre Storytelling Devising Practices.

He spent twenty years as Head of Performance at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), the world-renowned training ground for some of our biggest stars. WAAPA has produced alumni such as Hugh Jackman, Lisa McCune, Tim Minchin, Frances O’Connor, Heath Ledger and Dacre Montgomery.

A successful theatre and television director, Andrew has directed Australian classics such as Home and Away, Neighbours, All Saints, Parallax and Something in the Air.

Andrew also has extensive experience in senior management, is adept in engaging diverse teams and embodies inclusive practice. He is a skilled collaborative practitioner with a strong track record in developing professional partnerships, both locally and internationally.

Drawing on his business background and performance expertise, Andrew employs unique insights from the world of performance to help contemporary organisations enhance team performance and professional communication.
