A wise and charismatic speaker, Storm Motohata is a proud Nyul Nyul, Djugun and Yawuru woman from the Kimberley.

Experienced in cultural psychology, Storm has more than a decade of professional experience across community, corporate, and government settings.

Known for a transformational approach rooted in cultural authenticity with a strategic outlook, Storm has amassed extensive experience in facilitating community programs and Aboriginal health initiatives.

Storm has spearheaded Leadership Integrity and Cultural Capability programs for prominent organisations including, CBA, Bankwest, Woodside, City of Melville, Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DMIRS), Western Power, BSS Psychology, Chandler Macleod, Wesfarmers and Hourigan International.

Having lived in multiple Aboriginal communities with distinct protocols, she is able to weave together her professional experience with her deep cultural knowledge and lived experience of the land to foster cohesion, integrity and unity among disparate groups.

Dynamic and culturally grounded, Storm is passionate about sharing initiatives which uplift Aboriginal voices, strengthen leadership integrity, and guide organisations through systemic cultural change.
